Paluani was founded in 1921 by a pastry chef in Verona and initially specialized in the production of Pandoro and pudding . In the 1930s, Paluani began producing Panettone , an Italian cake specialty.
In almost 100 years of experience Paluani has learned that the ingredients is the base of all the great recipes, that is why they select them with care and respect, using only the best Eggs, Italian Milk and Mother yeast. Paluani’s three oldest ingredients- slow leavening, natural cooling and the extra ordinary experience of their pastry chefs.
